We currently ship exclusively to the United States. (Note: We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or certain remote territories at this time.)

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s).

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Important:
Bctni is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception.

Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bctni.com with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages: If the tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check around your property and with neighbors. If still missing, contact the carrier directly to file a claim. AC Decors is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
6. Correct Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping costs.
